• Hotel check-in time: from 3:00PM.
• Hotel check-out time: 12:00PM.

All qualifiers will be assigned a twin-sharing room at Hilton Nagoya.

Room Pairing Guideline

• Female-male pairing in the same room is strictly not allowed, except for married couples. Only female-female or male-male pairings are permitted.
• Married couples must notify the Committee in advance to be approved for a shared room.
• The Committee reserves the right to reassign room pairings if these guidelines are not followed.
• In the event of disputes over room pairings, the Committee reserves the right to amend the allocation and make the final decision.

Accommodation Upgrade

Room upgrades are at your own expense and subject to hotel availability. The upgraded rate is for single occupancy and includes complimentary Wi-Fi and breakfast. Rates shown are estimates only and may vary at the time of booking, as hotel rates fluctuate daily.

Room Upgrade & Payment Details

• The Committee will notify you of your room upgrade outcome.
• An invoice will be issued once upgrade eligibility and availability are confirmed.
• We will contact you after receiving your registration to process the upgrade request.
• If an upgrade is unavailable, the Committee will assign your room pairing accordingly.

Payment Terms

• Full payment must be made within 48 hours of receiving the confirmation email.
• Failure to pay within this timeframe will result in automatic cancellation of the upgrade, and you will be reverted to your allocated twin-share room.
• Exchange rates apply at the time of availability confirmation.
• Payment method: PayNow (SGD) only.
